October 19, John Elliott

If you are lucky, someday you will meet a musician with such depth, intellect, wit and performance skills that the music defies the usual categories and for an hour or so, simply takes you away. John Elliott is one of those.

Since 2006, John has crisscrossed the country playing every imaginable venue. His voice, with its "stylistic melancholy tone and charisma," has been featured on television’s Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill;  NPR and in iPods, in cars and around campfires. John is regarded by audiences and peers as one of the most engaging singer/songwriters on the contemporary folk/Americana music scene. He has been featured in PASTE Magazine, and on Neil Young’s “Living With War” website.
